Ygrene Energy Fund
Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) is an innovative public-private partnership model that makes residential and commercial property upgrades in natural disaster mitigation, renewable energy and water efficiency financially accessible.
The microsite leverages interactive maps to share the risk impact at the state-level, the combined total natural disaster risk across the nation and reduced risk projections should PACE be adopted and utilized in just 15% of all eligible buildings within the state.
The PACE World Impact databook presents the various data and research, including a recent regional economic impact analysis of projects funded by Ygrene Energy Fund by the University of Southern California’s Schwarzenegger Institute for State and Global Policy, research out of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and other climate resiliency research, demonstrating why, in the face of growing environmental and financial risks, PACE financing is an essential public policy.
